Organic Polenta is made of coarsely stone-milled yellow corn (maize) kernel. Polenta is very quick to cook and is naturally free from gluten. Paired well with rich toppings such as meat and mushroom sauces as well as the addition of vegetables, beans and cheeses into the mixture.
No GMO. Preservative-free, sulphur-free and cholesterol-free.
