Our organic spelt flour is grown here in Australia and is 100% stoneground. Spelt flour is not gluten free however the gluten within spelt is a lot easier for some people to digest. If you can tolerate the gluten, spelt flour is an excellent alternative for making spelt pasta, spelt bread and even spelt pizza bases - your spelt flour recipe options are only a mouse click away!

    I use this product in place of wheat flour. It has a mild taste and works well in all baking recipes. I often mix it with the wholemeal spelt, depending on what I am making. Interestingly, our dog loves to eat anything we make with spelt, but won't go near wheat flour! I take that as a sign of its high nutritional value.

    The spelt flour makes a lovely alternative to usual bakers flour or I also use a mix of both. It is very slightly heavier and I always use a little less liquid in my recipes. Lovely nutty taste and beautiful texture. Great pancakes!!

    I like this product it performs well with what ever l am doing with it.

    I use spelt flour as l can't have gluten and l like to use organic as much as possible.

    I have used this flour with about 15% white wheat flour to make a beautiful sourdough. I got a good rise in my dough.
